What if I'm running late?
June 30 2023 10:27amIf you're running late for a scheduled service, please communicate with the Pet Parent via in-app chat and update your ETA by tapping the "ETA" button in the top right corner of the screen.
Please note you can only update your ETA one time after the original ETA is entered.
If you can’t or don’t arrive by the ETA entered, the service will be cancelled, and you will not receive a payout or a cancellation fee for the service.
If you’re no longer able to complete a service, please cancel the service as soon as possible to alert the Pet Parent of the delay.
