# How to Subscribe

You can subscribe to Wag! Premium from either the Wag! app or from a web browser by navigating to our [**informational Wag! Premium FAQs**](https://wagwalking.com/wag-premium).

**In App**

From the Wag! app home screen:

1\. Tap "**Account**" on the bottom navigation bar.

2\. Tap “**Wallet**.”

3\. Under “**Subscriptions**,” tap “**Wag! Premium**.”

4\. Select from available options:

*   Monthly
*   Annually
*   Lifetime

5\. Confirm your subscription and immediately enjoy the benefits!

# Subscription Options & Pricing

Wag! Premium covers all pets on your account and can be subscribed to on a recurring monthly or annual basis, or as a one-time purchase for a lifetime plan. For the most current pricing and promotional offers, please refer to the Wag! app.

# Managing Your Subscription

Easily manage Wag! Premium at any time from the Wag! app “Wallet” under your “Subscriptions.”

## Subscription Renewal

####   

_Your Wag! Premium monthly or annual subscription will renew automatically._ Check your Wag! app for the current subscription term expiration date and to make any changes to your plan.

### Why do I see ‘resubscribe’ as an option?

####   

When a subscription is canceled, Wag! Premium benefits remain in effect until the expiration date of the current subscription term. Although the benefits continue, you are not technically subscribed to a monthly or annual subscription and will see a 'resubscribe' option to begin a new subscription plan at the current pricing and plan terms. 

You can sign up again (or "resubscribe") to get the latest promotional offer and your new subscription term will start after the current one ends. Check your "Subscriptions" in the "Wallet" section of the Wag! app to see when your current subscription term ends.

## Switch Subscriptions

Please note that changes to your subscription plan will begin once the current subscription plan has expired.

**iOS**

From the Wag! app home screen:

1\. Tap "**Account**" on the bottom navigation bar.

2\. Tap “**Wallet**.”

3\. Under “**S****ubscriptions**,” tap “**Wag! Premium**.”

4\. Tap “**Manage subscription**.”

5\. Select a new subscription term.

6\. Complete in-app instructions to confirm your purchase.

**Android**

Currently, Android users must cancel their current Wag! Premium subscription in-app and resubscribe to change plans.

## Cancel Subscription

_**Please Note:** Wag! Premium benefits and discounts remain in effect until the end of the current subscription term, even after canceling._ 

Your subscription plan expiration date can be found within your Wag! app "Wallet." 

From the Wag! app home screen:

1\. Tap "**Account**" on the bottom navigation bar.

2\. Tap “**Wallet**.”

3\. Under “**Subscriptions**,” tap “**Wag! Premium**.”

4\. Tap “**Manage subscription**.”

*   _(iOS only)_ Tap “**Unsubscribe**.”

5\. Let us know why you'd like to cancel and tap “**Continue**.”

6\. Tap “**Yes, cancel**” to confirm.

### Subscription Refund Policy

_If you have not used any Wag! Premium benefits and cancel your subscription within 3 days of your purchase or renewal, you may be eligible for a refund and need to promptly contact Wag! Support. If eligible for a refund, your Wag! Premium subscription and benefits will be terminated effective immediately._

Wag! Premium subscriptions canceled 3+ days after purchase or renewal, or in which benefits were used, **are not eligible for refund.**
