You can also begin by booking directly through the Wag! app (available for both iOS and Android mobile devices). #### ### **Can I book multiple services or multiple days at once?** #### Yes! The Wag! app offers several flexible ways to book: * **A single service** for a one-time need (e.g., a Walk tomorrow afternoon). * **Multiple services in a single day** (e.g., a morning Drop-In followed by an afternoon Walk). * **Consecutive-day Walks or Drop-Ins** — book the same Walk or Drop-In service at the same time each day for up to 7 consecutive days, with the same Pet Caregiver across the full stretch. * **Daycare services** are booked one day at a time. * **Sitting and Boarding services** can be booked for longer windows — from a single night to several weeks or longer — depending on availability. Check the Wag! app for the booking options available for your dates. ### **Can I book the same Pet Caregiver for recurring services?** #### Absolutely! When you request a recurring service, it will automatically be booked with the same Pet Caregiver, and the Wag! app schedules up to 3 months of services in advance based on the weekly cadence you choose — whether that’s one day a week, a few days a week, or every day of the week. Pet Caregivers who accept recurring bookings are committing to that long-term weekly service with you. _**Please Note:** Each recurring request covers a single service time per day. If you need both a morning and an evening service (for example, two Walks per day), you'll submit two separate recurring requests, which may be booked with two different Pet Caregivers._ _To keep the same Pet Caregiver for both services, send each request as a Direct Booking Request in-app from the "Past Caregivers" section — which includes both your previous and preferred Pet Caregivers._ _You can cancel recurring services at any time — either individual services in the schedule or the entire schedule — without incurring a cancellation fee._ #### ### **Can I extend a service while it’s in progress?** #### For Walk and Drop-In services, you can request an extension of the in-progress service shortly after the service begins. Customers using an iOS mobile device can also extend their live Sitting or Boarding services (coming soon to Android too!). #### ## Do I need to be home for the service? #### No, you are not required to be home for the service or to have a Wag!-branded lockbox to receive services. When you book using the Wag! app, you can select from multiple home access options (e.g., you're home for the service, you've left a key, you're providing an access code, or you have another way to enter your home). Be sure to check your home access details in-app when you book a service, and to double-check access in person to confirm it's accessible to your Pet Caregiver. Home access is kept confidential until your Confirmed Pet Caregiver arrives at your home ready to begin the service. Once the service has ended, access will again be restricted. #### ## Can I cancel a service if I no longer need it? #### Yes, the Wag! app makes it convenient for you to cancel the service anytime up until the Pet Caregiver is on their way to your pet(s). If the service has already begun and a cancellation is needed, you will need to connect with Wag! Support for assistance. When a service is first requested, cancellation is locked for 10 minutes to allow time to begin locating interested Pet Caregivers for your service. Once a Pet Caregiver is Confirmed for the service, you have a 30-minute grace period to cancel without a fee. After the grace period, a cancellation fee may apply if the cancellation falls within the policy time window. For "Requested" services, you can adjust the service details up until a Pet Caregiver is "Confirmed" for the service. Once a Pet Caregiver is Confirmed, you can still reschedule, with the option to request your Pet Caregiver to accommodate the changes or to send out a new service request to locate another available Pet Caregiver. We highly recommend discussing any schedule changes with your Confirmed Pet Caregiver to determine if they can accommodate the change, or if you should begin looking for another Pet Caregiver. #### ## Is Vet Chat a replacement for visiting a veterinarian? #### No. Vet Chat is a tool you can use to assess the best next steps and course of action for your pet(s). It is not a replacement for in-person care with a licensed veterinarian or veterinary technician. Hands-on care and assessment can be vital to properly caring for your pet's needs, which is why Vet Chat is best used in tandem with in-person veterinary care. #### ## What happened to services like training and grooming? #### Wag! previously offered specialty services, including digital and in-home training, grooming, photography, and hiking.
