Endorsements are personal recommendations from friends, family, clients, coworkers, and other community members that help Pet Caregivers build credibility and trust with clients. These Endorsements strengthen a Pet Caregiver’s profile, making them especially beneficial for those new to the Wag! Platform who haven't yet completed any services or received reviews. Pet Caregivers can request these Endorsements at any time to boost their business.

# How do I endorse a Pet Caregiver?

Pet Caregivers request an Endorsement by sending a personalized link via text for you to give them a personal recommendation for their pet care services. You’ll be directed to the Wag! Pet Parent app to complete your Endorsement; choose between providing a cost-free standard Endorsement or purchasing an enhanced level, Super or Ultimate, Endorsement option.

**To complete an Endorsement:** 

**1.** From your mobile device, tap the link provided by the Pet Caregiver.

**2.** You'll be redirected to download the Wag! Pet Parent app to create a Wag! account, or to sign-in to an existing Wag! account.

**3.** Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to the Endorsement screen to provide your Endorsement for the Pet Caregiver.

Most Pet Parents include a short paragraph about the Pet Caregiver and their relevant experience, as well as any personal testimonials from working with the Pet Caregiver. 

_**Please Note:** Endorsements links provided by the Pet Caregiver must be opened from a mobile device and completed through the Wag! Pet Parent app._

## Why do endorsers need to have a Wag! account?

Having a Wag! account verifies the authenticity of your endorsement, adding credibility to your recommendation of a Pet Caregiver’s pet care services.

The Wag! Pet Parent app is free to download and to create an account.

# What are Super and Ultimate Endorsements?

Super and Ultimate Endorsements are enhanced Endorsement level options to boost a Pet Caregiver’s profile in searches and prioritization for services. 

Anyone completing an Endorsement has the option to provide a cost-free standard Endorsement or to purchase an enhanced Endorsement level during the process.

## Do Pet Parents have to pay to submit an Endorsement?

Anyone completing an Endorsement can choose a free standard Endorsement or opt to purchase an enhanced level, like Super or Ultimate.

Super and Ultimate Endorsements pricing will be reflected in the Wag! Pet Parent app and require payment to complete. Accepted forms of payment include all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

# What is the difference between Endorsements and Referrals?

Endorsements are like personal recommendations or testimonials from people in a Pet Caregiver's community—such as friends, family, or previous clients—which help build the Pet Caregiver’s credibility.
