Pet Caregivers use the service Report Card to provide a recap of your pet’s service. # Report Card

While it’s called a 'Report Card', there is no grade (except for cuteness, in which case every pet gets an A+!). The Report Card service recap is intended for a Pet Caregiver to give you an overview of the service and may include the following:

## Photo

####   

A photo of your pet is required for the Pet Caregiver to submit a Report Card. Pet Caregivers are also encouraged to snap photos of your pet(s) through the service to share via in-app chat.

## Map

####   

_Only available for Walk services_, a map is provided to view the GPS tracking for the walk route that your Pet Caregiver and dog(s) took for the service.

**_Please note:_** _Multiple factors can affect GPS accuracy, including but not limited to: cellular signal strength, geography (ie. high rise buildings and mountains can both affect GPS signal), and Pet Caregiver phone settings (ex. location accuracy)._

## Service Stats

  

### Distance

Walk services will include the total distance your dog(s) and their Pet Caregiver walked during the service.

**_Please Note:_** _that this distance begins tracking when a Pet Caregiver starts the service, until it is ended in-app by your Caregiver and multiple factors may affect GPS accuracy._

### Time

####   

The actual service start and end time is displayed, as well as the total service time logged from the start of the service to when a Pet Caregiver ends it in-app.

_**Please Note:** services are completed at a Pet Caregiver’s discretion and communicating with your Caregiver is best practice to set appropriate service expectations._

### Pee & Poo

####   

During the live service you can view where your dog(s) have peed and pooped along the Walk service route, including how many times they did so. Post-service you will only see one notation on the Report Card if your pet(s) peed or pooped during the service.

  

## How do I view a past service Report Card?

To locate a past service Report Card:

1\. Tap "Account" on the bottom nav bar

2\. Tap on “Past Services”

3\. Tap on the service you wish to view

4\. From the past service, tap “View Report Card” from the service details page

### What if I have additional questions about my service?

For additional details on the service, your Pet Caregiver is the most knowledgeable. **_Please Note:_** _Wag! does not monitor Report Cards and it's not intended for a Pet Caregiver to report if a service did not take place or if any issues arose that were not already communicated during the service._

### How can I share photos from my Media Gallery?

iOS users can also easily access pet photos and videos that Pet Caregivers have shared during the service! 

To share a photo from your Media Gallery:

1\. Tap "Account" on the bottom nav bar

2\. Tap on "Media Gallery"

3\. Tap on a photo to select to,

*   Add fun filters
*   Download to your phone
*   Share with friends and family

4\. Tap "Share"

5\. Select the platform (text, social, etc.) to share!
