How do I request a service?
August 22 2024 10:22pmFrom the Home Screen of the Wag! for Pet Caregivers app, tap "Available." From here, you can view available pet care service requests in your area. Each service will display:
- The name of the dog
- A picture of the dog
- The service type
- The time & length of the service
- Whether the service is On-Demand (ASAP), One-Time, or Recurring
- How far the service is from your home or your current location (depending on your settings)
- The payout
When you see a service you’d like to request, simply tap the “Request” button and confirm you've reviewed the service details. The service will remain pending on your "Available" tab, at a 'Requested' status until a Caregiver is confirmed for the service. You'll receive a notification if you've been confirmed for the Pet Parent's service request and it will automatically move to your "Booked" services tab.
Why don't I see any available services?
If you don't see any available services in your area, try expanding your Available Service Filters. You may also choose to promote your business to Pet Parents in your community, who can book with you directly from your promotional materials. You may even receive a promotional payment for referrals!
