Your profile strength score represents how complete your profile is, which may affect how likely you are to attract new Pet Parents. 

To increase the strength of your profile:

   Set your profile to "[**public**](https://support.wagwalking.com/en_us/is-my-profile-public-will-pet-parents-be-able-to-see-my-profile-pcg-BJYqV8A4q)" so you can share it with potential Pet Parents.

   Keep your service availability [**status**](https://support.wagwalking.com/en_us/how-do-i-update-my-profile-status-pcg-ryh0GURE9) up to date as your schedule changes.

   Update the [**services**](https://support.wagwalking.com/en_us/what-kind-of-services-does-wag-facilitate-pcg-Byo2gw8N9) you offer!

   Write a [**detailed bio**](https://wagwalking.com/daily/how-to-write-a-wag-profile-bio-that-wins-clients) to introduce yourself to Pet Parents. Top Pet Caregivers often write at least 250 characters about themselves, their expertise, and their love for pets.

   Get creative with your catchphrase — it’s one of the first things a Pet Parent will see when browsing your profile.

   Build out your photo gallery, simply [**edit your profile**](https://support.wagwalking.com/en_us/how-do-i-edit-my-profile-or-contact-information-pcg-B1afJI0V9) to update. Top Pet Caregiver profiles include at least 10 photos. You can easily upload photos from your camera roll or take live photos of yourself and pets during the service.

If you're having trouble uploading an image, confirm it's a JPEG file and 5MB or less. iPhones often save images as HEIF (or HEIC) files by default, which can cause problems and may need to be changed in your phone's settings.
