Gift Cards may not be sold, copied, modified, transferred, reloaded, returned, or redeemed for cash, as stated in the Wag! [**Gift Card Terms and Conditions**](http://safety.wagwalking.com/terms-gift-card).

## **How do I purchase a Wag! gift card?**

To purchase a gift card, visit [**wagwalking.com/gift-card**](//wagwalking.com/gift-card), then click "Get started."

In the form fields, enter the following information:

*   Recipient's name
*   Recipient's email address
*   Message you'd like to send with your gift (optional)
*   Your name
*   The date you'd like to send your gift
*   The dollar amount of Wag! credits you'd like to gift the recipient

Once all required fields are complete, tap "Submit." You'll then be redirected to the payment screen.

### **How much money can I add to a Wag! gift card?**

Wag! Gifts may only be purchased in the following amounts:

*   $25
*   $50
*   $100
*   $250
*   $500

### **What services can be purchased with a gift card?**

Gifts can be redeemed for any Wag! service, including Walks, Drop-Ins, Overnight Care, and Training. Wag! Gifts cannot be used to pay for a [**Pet Caregiver's tip**](https://support.wagwalking.com/en_us/how-do-i-tip-my-pet-caregiver-pp-Syj59wqz9) or for [**Wag! Premium**](https://support.wagwalking.com/en_us/what-is-wag-premium-pp-S1ZIz0mQ5) subscriptions.

### **The recipient hasn't received their gift card — what should I do?**

If the recipient has not received their Wag! Gift within 24 hours of purchase, please have them check the spam folders of the email account to which the gift card was sent. If the gift card doesn't appear in the spam folders, send an email to [**gifts@wagwalking.com**](mailto:gifts@wagwalking.com) so we can confirm the email address and re-issue the credit if necessary.
